Stephen and Woola “Candy” LaFlora have ministered in worship music and in the word of God worldwide for over 30 years. Their beautiful and powerful music ushers in the presence of God in a remarkable way—changing lives, healing hearts, and restoring peace.

The LaFlora’s have served in worship ministry with Christian leaders such as Kenneth Copeland, Joyce Meyer, Kenneth Hagin, Darlene Zschech & Hillsong, Delirious, and others. They have ministered on Trinity Broadcasting Network and traveled across the world to India, Ireland, England, Australia, and South Africa reaching millions with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through music and word. Stephen and Candy have numerous recordings including Ministering to the Lord with the song “Jesus Gave” which topped the charts all across the United States and their Grammy nominated music release “Hope”.

They have also been featured as contributing authors for Rick Renner Ministries’ IMPART  magazine.

Stephen LaFlora is a gifted composer and pianist with amazing versatility that enabled him to compose an Emmy award wining score for NBC. Stephen’s first release, a completely original project entitled Sounds of Healing, is a soothing instrumental CD composed while sitting at the piano. He is a graduate of Northwestern University School Music and a 1990 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. Stephen also served in the past as musical director for the music group Committed.

Woola LaFlora, (pronounced Oo-la) also known as “Candy”, was also a former member of the gospel group Committed and has served as a studio vocalist for music artists including Daniebelle Hall, Bassist Michael Manson and Reverend Keith Moore.

In addition, her powerful voice has enabled her to sing for national advertising clients such as 7-Up and Sears.

Stephen and Candy are 1990 graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center. They are the senior pastors of Maranatha Church in Chicago, IL.
